Start at a comfortable minimum

Day one is deliberately easy. Within two or three sessions the regulator converges on your real level — no fitness test required.

One integer per muscle group

Your entire progress is nine small numbers. Each level encodes both the exercise variation and the rep target — harder variations unlock automatically.
